"I love this building. It’s right in the heart of the Hudson Yard to Penn District with walkway access to the train hall and shopping center which takes you anywhere in the city. The train hall gets you to JFK in 45 minutes on the LIRR. The security is super safe. The leasing office is super helpful and friendly. Shout out to the property administrator Daniel Febles and leasing consultant Jay Rojas."

"Absolutely gorgeous amenities. The piano room is very elegant. Florentina was great to react when the table which we had agreed on was not set up and we were 30 minutes to the event. She called maintenance and they came right away ; also she was very diligent to bring a speaker when I told her that I had issues to connect mine. Overall a great setting. Just a couple comments which could help hopefully for future events. It would be nice to have trash cans in the room when there are events ; and finally the weather that evening was really hot so lower A/C would have been nice to have guests and workers from catering more comfortable"

"Just spent a weekend with my friend at The Eugene and I have to say, it really is an amazing building. Phaidra, Ian, Besnik, Krishna and Jimmie at the front desk really made my stay that much more memorable. They were even able to help my friend and I make plans for our Saturday night by finding a well reviewed restaurant in the area and suggesting some shows we could see. The maintenance/porter staff also did a great job during the snowstorm this past weekend, the area was clear within minutes!"

"I ultimately left due to a german roach issue and intentional oversight by DanielF, RobbyH, and the leasing office team. Their actions have resulted in financial losses that they refuse to address- the most egregious of which includes the fabrication of several ambiguous room damage claims in order to add over $300 worth of charges against my security deposit. Prior to this, I was also erroneously charged membership fees of $200+ for the la palestra club and was ignored for weeks before receiving help. I have never had my security deposit reduced or withheld, let alone for “damages.” Daniel had at first apologized and admitted that a mistake had been made and that I would be refunded for the extra charges (similar to my gym fee situation). Yet hours later, he and Robby would come back to say that no refunds would be issued due to photo evidence they found of me leaving behind additional furniture for his maintenance staff to remove from my unit. Said photos clearly showed furniture that did not belong to me. They were also not taken inside of my unit. Daniel then told me that he, Robby and his maintenance team had found 1 piece of furniture with my unit number (clearly labeled at random by maintenance staff) in the trash room and thus had reason to assume that every piece of furniture found in the building that day belonged to me. I am not the first tenant that this has had charges withdrawn from their deposit under false pretenses which is very concerning. To be charged for random tenants’ furniture, sent misinformation about the terms of my move-out (which state that charges will only be incurred for furniture left inside the unit), and addressed in such a rude manner by email is beyond understanding. Their dishonesty is deplorable."
